Terms and condition

  1. Important information
    1. Before joining you should carefully read the following terms and conditions. We are not forcing anyone to join us by paying the registration fees. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these terms and you are willing to work with our terms and condition.
    2. We never provide any guarantee for your earnings. Your level of success depends upon your ability. We are not responsible if you are not able to earn from this program. We will provide all kind of support from us, llike through Phone, Email etc.. for any issue. Payment is 100% guranteed according to your valid work done by you.
  1. Working condition

    1. After Registration, information like account details, payee name, membership plan will only be considered in rare condition.
    2. Membership ID is not transferable in any circumstances.
    3. In case we found you are using some software, or manipulating details, or altering Ad matter or doing any harmful/illegal activities that can generate more money then your membership ID will be immediately terminated without any prior notice.
    4. At any point of time company can change rate without prior notice.
    5. Working date starts from 5th of every month to 4th of next month.
    6. Report should be sent daily or weekly every month.
    7. Report of a month can not be carry forward for the next month.
    8. Report should be only sent to admin@topdataentry.com . Not on any other ID. If sent on other mail ID Company will not take responsibility.
    9. If report format is not correct then the report will consider as error & no payment will be generated for that month. No request will be granted.
    10. Ad matter should be post in specific categories only, which have been provided by company. Otherwise this posting will be cancelled.
    11. Company will provide some free website list, but it is not a complete list. Members can collect free classified websites list from any search engine as per their requirement.
    12. If report received not opening correctly then we will notify you and you should send the same within three working days. Otherwise will not be considered.
    13. Report status will be sent to your mail ID .
    14. Ads wrongly posted will not be considered & no payment will be made for the same.
    15. Payment will be calculated by multiplying the number of ads posted by the member from 2 .Only valid links i.e. the links showing the proper ad matter will be counted .
    16. Payment will be made on 10th of every month.
    17. Members must provide correct bank account name & number with postal address of the branch and IFSC Code.Company will not be responsible for payment in case any wrong information provided by member.
    18. Company must receive Bank account details within five working days of payment date. Otherwise payment will be considered for the next cycle.
    19. “Rules and Regulation” can be changed as per company requirements at any time.
    20. Before starting work please clear all your doubts later on dispute related to above mentioned points will not be entertained.
    21. Note: Report should be only sent to admin@topdataentry.com . Not on any other ID. If sent on other mail ID Company will not take responsibility.
    22. If no report submitted for two consecutive month, then ID will be terminated without prior notice.
    23. Report Format must be as same as provided by Company & Ad link in report format must be HYPERLINKED. Otherwise your report will not be checked.
  1. Refund policy

    Registration fees are not refundable in any circumstances. Since your registration will be utilized for Administration Expenses and advertising .

  1. Notice

    Terms & condition can be changed as per company requirements at any time. Before starting work please clear all your doubts later on dispute related to above mentioned points will not be entertained.

  1. Jurisdictions and venue

    If any matter concerning the purchase of products from this website or contents of this website shall be brought before a court of law, the viewer, visitor, member, subscriber or customer agrees to the sole and proper jurisdiction to be the state and city declared and provided on this website unless otherwise here specified. Lucknow , Uttar pradesh.
